Terms for merchants using Cart Me to customize their Shopify cart drawer.

Effective date: 18 October 2026. By installing or using Cart Me, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You must be authorized to manage the Shopify store you connect.

The service

Cart Me provides tools for cart drawer design, editable text, optional reward tiers, and related storefront content. Availability depends on Shopify’s platform, your theme, and your configuration. Test your changes on your published theme before relying on them.

Your content and configuration

You retain ownership of your logos, text, and other content. You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to use it and for the accuracy of prices, discounts, payment icons, translations, and promotional messages you publish.

Use custom HTML and CSS responsibly. Do not use Cart Me for unlawful content, deceptive offers, false urgency, privacy violations, or attempts to access another merchant’s information.

Rewards and checkout

You choose the reward conditions and values. Test eligibility, discount combinations, shipping conditions, and checkout totals for your store. Shopify controls checkout and payment processing. Cart Me does not guarantee sales, conversion rates, or revenue results.

Plans and charges

Any paid plan, trial, limits, and applicable charges must be disclosed in Shopify’s plan selection and approval flow. Cart Me does not collect your card details directly. The terms shown when you approve a Shopify plan govern those charges. No pricing is promised by these general terms.

Changes, availability, and cancellation

You can disable the theme embed or uninstall the app through Shopify. Shopify’s billing rules and the plan terms apply to any outstanding charges. We may maintain or update the service and may restrict access to address abuse or security issues. Continuous availability and compatibility with every theme or third-party app are not guaranteed.

Responsibility

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits arising from its use. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
